漢帛歷程

2013年10月,由浙江汉帛服饰营销管理有限公司发起,中国服装设计师协会共同合作举办了第一届HOW!(Hempel Original Workroom)号集-汉帛设计师沙龙发布会,将在每年中国国际时装周上为青年设计师们提供发布自己独立作品的舞台。HOW!号集第一回,由中国著名的设计师邱昊担任设计师导师,胡馨予、于诗萌、曹青禾,携手发布2014春夏男装及女装系列。

2014年,汉帛国际携手《周末画报》,将“中国城市生活美学”作为一个长期课题,以发掘报道中国城市生活美学范畴的标杆人物,热点事件,未来趋势,并以全媒体报道、活动、论坛等形式呈现,在中国掀起一场关于“生活方式”的革命。

2014年12月9日,浙江省服饰创意协会成立大会暨第一届第一次会员代表大会在萧山雷迪森酒店隆重举行。本次大会选举产生了26名首届理事会成员,汉帛集团当选首届创意协会会长单位。

In October 2013,the first session of the HOW !(Hempel Original Workroom) Set - Hempel Designer Sharon Conference, sponsored by Zhejiang Hempel Clothing Marketing Management Co., Ltd. and jointly organized by China Fashion Designers Association, was held. It would offer a stage for young designers to publish their own works at the annual China International Fashion Week. The first round of HOW ! Set, designed by famous  Chinese  designer mentor Qiu Hao and released by Hu Xinyu, Yu Shimeng, Cao Qinghe, is mainly about 2014 spring and summer men's and women's collection.

In 2014, Hempel International launched jointly with the Modern Weekly the aesthetics of Chinese urban life as a long-term issue. It aims to explore and report  benchmark figures, hot events, future trends within the scope of the aesthetics of Chinese urban life, presented in full media coverage, events, forums and other forms, and initiate a revolution on  'lifestyle' in China.

The Inauguration ceremony of Zhejiang Apparel Creative Association and the 1st member congress was held inReddison Laguna Platinum Hotel, on Dec.9th,2014.On which 26 members were elected to the Management Council and Hempel International Group as the ist president enterprise of the Association.

2010年5月,在汉帛时尚产业园内,信息技术网络产业项目开始筹建,中国网商城建立。汉帛着手进入电子商务新兴行业市场的发展。

2010年7月,汉帛集团旗下的第一个百货公司哈尔滨秋林国际购物中心顺利开业。

2010年7月3年,亚洲时尚联合会2010中国大会在汉帛杭州总部大楼举办,这项时尚界的年度盛事把汉帛再次推向业洲行业峰端。

2010年8月,四年一度的汉帛时尚推广会隆重举行,汉帛旗下品牌集齐亮相,给行业内领军人物带来一场视觉盛宴,也塑造了一个全新汉帛形象。

2010年9月,总投资1亿元的河南汉帛服装有限公司在河南驻马店市上蔡县奠基,这是汉帛选择产业基地逐步向中西部地区梯度转移的战略。

2011年,河南汉帛服装有限公司成功投产,有望成为OEM业务实施弯道超越的引擎。同时为品牌经营扎根大陆腹地、并据此为中心点将营销网络进一步辐射到全国各地打下了基础。

2011年4月23日,以“策展店”为概念,融合时尚、生活、艺术元素的ARRTCO collection在北京第一地标国贸三期隆重开业。这家店经营面积达538平米,汇集了来自自东京、巴黎等时尚之都的优秀品牌,以及国内的几十个原创设计师品牌,产品覆盖时装、设计家居品、香氛、杂志、CD等。

2011年,浙江汇丽印染整理有限公司在民用产品基础上,军品业务达到销售总额60%以上,经营格局进一步稳固和优化。

2011年8月,中国网商城一期56家电子商务企业均实现不同程度成长,有半数年销售可超亿元,服装产业链的垂直模式已发挥效用,在汉帛的扶持培育下,草根企业家们的品牌正向着中国优秀服装品牌稳步前进。

2012年, 浙江汉帛服饰营销管理有限公司于中国服装设计师协会续签“汉帛杯”赞助合同,该赛事再次延续十年。

In May 2010, the development of Information Technology Network Industry Program began in Hempel Fashion Industrial Zone with the establishment of China Fashion E-commerce Headquarter (CFEH). Hempel initiated the E-commerce development of merging markets.

In Jul. 2010, Hempel opened its first department store as Harbin Qiulin International Shopping Mall.

On Jul. 3rd, 2010, 2010 China conference of Asian Fashion Federation as the annual event of fashion industry was held in the Hempel Headquarter in Hangzhou, which brought Hempel into the climax of the Asian industry.

In Aug. 2010, the four-yearly Hempel Fashion Promotion was held with all appearance of Hempel’s brands, which brought a sight feast for the industry leaders and created a brand new corporate image.

In Sep. 2010, Henan Hempel Garment Co., Ltd. with the investment totaling RMB 100 million was founded in Shangcai County, Zhumadian, Henan Province, which implied the strategy of industrial site choice as shifting to the mid-west part.

In 2011, Henan Hempel Garments Co., Ltd went into operation, being expected to the engine of rapid growth for OEM business, and the base of inland for brand operation and the centre for expand the marketing network throughout the whole nation.

On Apr. 23th, 2011, ARRTCO Collection, based on the concept of “Curatorial Store” and combined with elements of fashion, life and art, opened in ITC third-phase project, Beijing’s greatest landmark. Operated in the area of 538 square meters, the store collects great brands from fashion capitals including Tokyo and Paris, and dozens of domestic original designer brands with a wide range from garments, home decoration, and perfume to magazines and CDs.

In 2011, the munitions with over 60% of the sales played an important role in the further consolidation and optimization for the operation of Zhejiang Huili Dyeing & Finishing Co., Ltd based on its civil business.

In Aug. 2011, 56 e-commerce companies in CFEH achieved varied development with half of them expected to have annual sales over RMB 100 million, which proved the good function of vertical model of Garment Industry Chain. It is Hempel that supports and cultivates the root entrepreneurs to develop top brands of China garments.

In 2012, Zhejiang Hempel Clothing Marketing Management Co., Ltd. renewed 'Hempel Cup' sponsorship contract with China Fashion Association , which prolonged this contest for another ten years.

2008年1月,汉帛集团旗下的北京依都俪韵国际贸易有限公司推出了中国第一个时尚生活创意品牌ARRTCO,这是一个集合了多个国内年轻设计师品牌的多品牌集合店。

2008年8月,汉帛时尚产业园二期完成建设正式投产,成为萧山女装园区内规模最大的生产基地。

2009年3月25年,第十七届中国国际服装服饰博览会(CHIC2009)与汉帛联合推出的“CHIC&Hempel时尚之夜”在北京隆重举行,汉帛旗下10个品牌集体亮相并赢得喝彩。

In Jan. 2008, Hempel’s Beijing Intoliving International Trade Co., Ltd. introduced the first fashion brand of creativity, ARRTCO, the multi-brand collection of several brands owned by young domestic fashion designers.

In Aug. 2008, the second phase project of Hempel Fashion Industrial Park was finished and went into operation as the largest base of manufacturing in Xiaoshan Women’s Garment Industrial Park.

On Mar. 25th, 2009, the 17th “CHIC & Hempel Fashion Night” by CHIC 2009 and Hempel was held in Beijing, in which the collective appearance of Hempel’s 10 brands won applauds.

2006年6月6日,汉帛(中国)有限公司斥巨资购进上市公司“中国服装”29.9%的股份,成为该公司第一大股东。此举标志着汉帛由一个服装生产加工型企业逐渐向品牌运营型和资本运营型企业转变。

2006年8月19日,汉帛旗下新品牌Nancy K的第一家形象专柜在沈阳新玛特商场内隆重开业。Nancy K主要面向年龄为18至30岁的年轻女性,是汉帛旗下最年轻最有活力的品牌。

2006年10月28日,汉帛集团旗下的瑞博 · 林之语房产在钱江高教园区隆重开盘,一期占地近200亩,总建筑面积约25万平方米。

2007年1月,浙江汉帛服饰营销管理有限公司投资成立了北京依都俪韵国际贸易有限公司,注册资金为2000万人民币,其成立目的是以创新为前提、开发挖掘国内新锐品牌和设计师、艺术家等,为中国时尚生活提供一个更加完善的平台。

2007年2月,汉帛(中国)工业销售收入首超10亿元,萧山区委、区政府领导上门亲自授匾。同时,汉帛作为中国纺织工业协会社会责任首批10家试点企业,正式运作CSC9000T社会责任管理体系。

2007年3月,投资2.5亿元、总建筑面积近10万平米的汉帛时尚产业园二期工程正式动工,包括三、四、五号生产大楼和配套宿舍区在内的建筑都进入建设期。

2007年7月,第一家NEXT专营店在上海正大广场成功开业。其后,汉帛又陆续代理了LA FEE MARABOUTEE,Cotelac,ZAPA,Fleur De Sel和Frank Walder等五大国际女装品牌,开始了汉帛品牌发展国际化的征程。

2007年8月,汇丽印染在参加北京军需新式材料竞争性谈判会议中,凭借过硬的产品质量和良好的企业形象竞标成功,业务实现突破性进展。

On Jun. 6th, 2006, Hempel China Co., Ltd. with the expensive acquisition of 29.9% share of the public company China Garments Co., Ltd. became the largest shareholder, which marked the gradual transfer of Hempel from a garment manufacturing and finishing enterprise to a brand and capital operator.

On Aug. 19th, 2006, Hempel’s new brand Nancy K opened its first counter in Shenyang New-Mart. Nancy is the youngest and most energetic brand among Hempel brands, mainly designed for young females at 18-30.

On Oct. 28th, 2006, Hempel-owned real estate Ruibo Linzhiyu opened in Qianjiang Higher Education Campus with the completed first project covering nearly 200 acres with a total construction area of approximately 250, 000 square meters.

In Jan. 2007, Beijing Intoliving Trade Co., Ltd. was founded by the investment of Zhejiang Hempel Garments Marketing Management Co., Ltd. with the registered capital of RMB 20 million. The purpose of foundation was to develop new brands and discover designers and artists on the premise of creativity with more improved platform offering for fashion life in China.

In Mar. 2007, the second phase project of Hempel Fashion Industrial Park started with the total investment of RMB 250 million and planed construction area totaling nearly 100, 000 square meters, including Manufacturing Buildings No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5 and accommodation buildings as well.

In Jul. 2007, the first franchise store of Next successfully opened in Super Brand Mall, Shanghai. Then Hempel began the international development of brands by being agents of global dress brands such as LA FEE MARABOUTEE, Cotelac, ZAPA, Fleur De Sel and Frank Walder.

In Feb. 2007, as Hempel China generated the first revenue of over RMB 1 billion, the company was given a plague by leaders of Xiaoshan district committee and government. Meanwhile, CSC9000T corporate responsible management went into operation in Hempel, as the first 10 pilot enterprises of China National Textile and Apparel Council for social responsibility.

In Aug. 2007, Zhejiang Huili Dyeing & Finishing Co. Ltd. won the bid in the Beijing New Material for Munitions Negotiation Conference by its perfect product quality and great corporate image, which would achieve breakthrough in the business.

2003年1月,高志伟被授予“萧山工业冲千亿”突出贡献企业家。汉帛以强大的实力和口碑领跑萧山经济,一个规模化的服装产业集团日趋明朗。

2003年4月,由浙江汉帛服饰有限公司赞助的“汉帛杯”中国国际青年时装设计师作品大赛决赛举行。从这一年开始,汉帛与中国服装设计师协会合作,赞助为期十年的大赛,扶持中国设计力量。

2003年8月,杭州汇丽绣花制衣有限公司正式更名为汉帛(中国)有限公司。

2004年3月29日,经过三年的运作,杭州连卡佛商场隆重开幕,这是首次有世界一线高端品牌进驻杭州,汉帛凭借此事一时轰动全城。

2005年,总占地540亩的汉帛时尚产业园区第一期建设完成正式投产,其设计产能为1500万件,预计全面建成后可为几十个品牌公司提供面向大陆的生产基地和商业操作平台。

2005年8月,浙江汉帛服饰有限公司的业务由新公司浙江汉帛服饰营销管理有限公司接管。

2005年11月,汉帛(国际)集团有限公司与西班牙桑坦德纺织(集团)公司签署了总投资1000万美元的水洗项目合作协议,浙江汇丽印染公司与桑坦德纺织(集团)公司进行了印染与后整理的项目合作。

In Jan. 2003, Ko Chi-wai was awarded as one of the entrepreneurs who made outstanding contributions to “Breakthrough of the trillion for Xiaoshan Industry”. Leading the economy of Xiaoshan district by its strong power and great reputation, Hempel had been of an increasingly clear structure of a large-scale corporation in garment industry.

In Apr. 2003, Chinese International Contest of Fashion Works for Young Designers held its finals by the sponsorship of Zhejiang Hempel Garments Co., Ltd.. Since that year, Hempel sponsored the consecutive ten contests in the cooperation with China Fashion Association to support Chinese designers.

In Aug. 2003, Hangzhou Huili Embroidery Garments Co., Ltd. was changed into Hempel China Co., Ltd.

On Mar. 29th, 2004, Lane Crawford opened its store in Hangzhou after a 3-year preparation, which marked the first entering into Hangzhou of top global brands and gave Hempel, the facilitator, a good reputation.

In early 2005, the first-phase project of Hempel Fashion Industrial Park covering a total area of 540 acres was completed and run into operation with designed capacity of 15 million. The entire project is expected to provide dozens of brand companies a base of production and business platform for mainland.

In Aug. 2005, the business of Zhejiang Hempel Garments Co., Ltd was taken over by the new company Zhejiang Hempel Fashion & Marketing Management Co., Ltd..

In Nov. 2005, Hempel International Group signed a cooperative agreement of washing program with Textile Santanderina, S.A. for a total $ 10million as the investment. Zhejiang Huili Dyeing & Finishing Co., Ltd. also cooperated with Textile Santanderina, S.A. for the dyeing and finishing and post-finishing.

2001年9月,高志伟在香港成立香港汉帛(国际)集团有限公司,同年10月,浙江汉帛服饰有限公司(现为浙江汉帛服饰营销管理有限公司)成立,这标志着公司业务开始从服装生产向服装品牌经营迈进。

2001年12月,浙江汉帛服饰有限公司以9650万的价格整体收购杭州国大百货商场,并与香港连卡佛集团签订合作经营协议,计划将营业面积达6000平米的国大百货更名为连卡佛商场。

2002年,浙江汉帛服饰有限公司先后创立了三个女装品牌:HAILIVES、JPR和HEMPEL,开始介入品牌经营。在杭州世贸大酒店,汉帛第一次举办了三个品牌的发布会。同年3月,在北京举行的中国国际服装服饰博览会(CHIC)上,汉帛旗下的三个女装品牌正式在中国服装业界全面亮相,轰动一时。

In Sep. and Oct. 2001, Hempel International Group and Zhejiang Hempel Garments Co., Ltd. (which is now called Zhejiang Hempel Fashion & Marketing Management Co., Ltd.)were founded by Ko Chi-wai respectively in Hong Kong and mainland, which marked the march of operation from clothing manufacturing toward clothing brand business.

In Dec. 2001, Zhejiang Hempel Garments Co., Ltd. acquired Hangzhou NUS Department Store in the price of RMB 96.50 million and signed a cooperative agreement with Lane Crawford, Hong Kong Group, planning to change NUS Department Store operated in an area of 6, 000 square meters into Lane Crawford Shopping Mall.

In 2002, Zhejiang Hempel Garments Co., Ltd. involved in brand operation by creating women’s garment brands as HAILIVES, JPR and HEMPEL. In Hangzhou World Trade Hotel, Hempel held the first press conference for those three brands. In March, the same year, Hempel introduced them to the China clothing industry in CHIC (China International Clothing & Accessories Fair) in Beijing, causing a tremendous sensation.

1996年7月,汇丽对生产经营方向进行了重大调整,决定将重心放在专业生产和出口高端女装上。这一决策找准了市场定位,为公司走出困境和后续发展奠定了重要基础。

1997年12月,杭州汇丽绣花制衣有限公司销售额首破亿元大关。

1998年10月,香港伟量发展有限公司收购杭州汇泰印花有限公司股份,使其成为全资子公司。

In Jul, 1996, Huili made significant adjustments for its operational directions, with the decision of focusing on production and exporting of premium dresses. The precisely defined policy established the important basis for the company to survive through the hard times and the following development.

In Dec. 1997, Hangzhou Huili Embroidery Garments Co., Ltd. generated the first revenue of RMB 100 million.

In Oct. 1998, Hangzhou Huitai Printing Co., Ltd. was acquired by Rightmass Development Ltd to be its wholly owned subsidiary.

1993年,杭州汇丽绣花制衣有限公司参与合资改造杭州汇泰印花有限公司,开始往产业上游延伸,为企业后来的飞速发展奠定了基础。同年,为了出口业务的发展,高志伟在香港注册了伟量发展有限公司。

1994年4月1日,杭州森野制衣有限公司正式投产。这家公司由高志伟与日本丸市剪裁会社和日本滨野缝制会社共同合作成立,目的是通过合作学习日方的先进生产管理经验,并积极开拓日本市场。

1994年10月,香港伟量发展有限公司分别收购汇丽中外两方股份,将其转制为独资民营企业。同年,公司创民企先河,与全体员工签订正规劳动合同,这在当时成为一段佳话。

1994年,杭州汇丽绣花制衣有限公司在原有真丝制衣的业务基础上又开发出了麻料产品,并开始与当今知名的国际品牌ZARA、H&M、Etam、Walmart、Donna Karan、Liz Claireborn等合作,为其提供代工服务。

1995年,中国经济继续下行,服装出口滑至低谷。公司员工的工资已连续四个月无法发放,银行高额逾期贷款也无力归还,汇丽进入空前困境。

In 1993, Hangzhou Huili Embroidery Garments Co., Ltd. participated in the joint-venture reconstruction of Hangzhou Huitai Printing Co., Ltd., establishing the basis of rapid corporate development in the future. In the same year, Rightmass Development Ltd was registered in Hong Kong by Ko Chi-wai to develop export business.

On Apr. 1st, 1994, Hangzhou Morino Garment Co., Ltd. went into operation. This was a company found by Ko Chi-wai with agreed alliances between him and Japan Marushi Cutting Company and Japan Hamano Sewing Company, aiming at learning the advanced Japanese experience for manufacturing management and exploring into Japan market through the partnership.

In Oct. 1994, Rightmass Development Ltd. purchased both domestic and foreign shares of Hangzhou Huili Embroidery Garments Co., Ltd., turning it into a wholly private company. In the same year, Huili as the first private companies signed standard labor contracts with all staff, which later became a great example.

In 1994, Hangzhou Huili Embroidery Garments Co., Ltd. developed flax products on the base of the silk garment business, and began the cooperation with today’s famous global brands including ZARA, H&M, Etam, Walmart, Donna Karan and Liz Claireborn, by providing the OEM service.

In 1995, as China economy continued to decline, the export of clothing had become the worst. Unable to pay the salary for the consecutive four months and return the overdue bank loans, Huili had run into unprecedented crisis.

1992年1月31日,注册资金40万美元的杭州汇丽绣花制衣有限公司在刚开辟不久的萧山经济技术开发区(现今的北塘路6号)正式成立。这就是汉帛(国际)集团的前身。

1992年6月3日,作为萧山经济开发区第一家开荒企业,时任浙江省委书记的李泽民前来杭州汇丽绣花制衣有限公司视察,确立了汇丽作为萧山经济开发区标杆企业的地位。

On Jan. 31st, 1992, Hangzhou Huili Embroidery Garments Co., Ltd. was founded with the registered capital of $ 400, 000 in Xiaoshan Economic & Technological Development Zone (currently No. 6, Beitang Road). This is the predecessor of Hempel International Group.

On Jun. 13th, 1992, Hangzhou Huili Embroidery Garments Co., Ltd. as the first company in the new land known as Xiaoshan Economic & Technological Development Zone, was visited by then Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee Secretary Li Zemin, which marked the establishment of Huili as the benchmark company in Xiaoshan Economic & Technological Development Zone.
